Teams and settings

Before you start deploying on the Latitude.sh Platform, you will create a Team. With a Team, you can create one or more Projects and add your coworkers for collaboration.

Creating a Team

If you just signed up, you will be automatically redirected to the Create Team page. If you already have a team, you can create a new one by clicking on the selector on the top left and choosing Create team

Next, you will be asked to set a Team name and Country. The Country is important because it determines the currency we will use to charge you. Currently, only USD and BRL are supported. If you select Brazil, your currency will be set to BRL. If you select any other country, the currency will be set to USD. This can't be changed later.

Verifying your Team

To keep Latitude.sh a secure platform and avoid abuse, we require all accounts to be verified. You can only start deploying servers after your account is verified.

• If you work for a company with more than 20 employees, sign up using your corporate email address. Your account will be verified automatically.

• If you are using an email provider or work for a smaller company, we will request that you

  • add a credit card
  • add a picture of the last four digits of the card you added
  • add a photo of a government-issued ID
